My name's Nicholas. I'm a 23-year-old living in Louisville, Kentucky. I'm a very creative person, not only with web design, but with music and art in general. I've been making websites for about as long as I've been making music – about 7 years.
I've been working for an entrepreneur since I graduated, but am now devoting myself 100% to becoming a freelance web designer. Be sure to check out my resume as well!
First off, thank-you for your interest of me and my web work. When I first started dabbling around with HTML and web design, I was in middle school. After a few years, I realized that I had a passion for presenting things on the web in my own unique way when my websites began receiving thousands of daily hits, and I was getting positive feedback on my designs from all over the globe.
All throughout high school I was running several large websites. This is when I developed my experience in creating concepts, converting them into full websites, and integrating them with a custom PHP template system I had built. I also dealt with day-to-day maintenance of a website, such as moderating user comments, forums, checking and analyzing visitor statistics and more.
I eventually decided to get a degree in Graphic Arts at Sullivan College of Technology and Design, which covers everything from web design to 3D animation and print. Today I am freelancing full-time, ready to work with anyone who wants a new design or complete revamp or a current design.
